Sales Performance Assessment
Once we have identified and sourced a suitable candidate for the role in terms of current experience, we then engage in thorough performance assessment to determine success in the role being considered. Assessment of level of current billings and financial activity in recent roles. This process culminates in awarding a Brannon Performance Index Rating © which we describe and provide to our clients. This too is a unique service offering in the industry.
Personality and Attitude Assessments
The third part of our process is to do a psychometric assessment of each candidate and to benchmark their attitudinal and cognitive responses against pre-determined international recruitment industry standards and norms. The report information is designed specifically for the lay person and does not require the services of an industrial psychologist to interpret. The information is used to determine whether a person’s responses are in line with what is generally accepted and or expected in the recruitment industry. This information is designed to determine a person’s suitability for a position looking at not only what they’ve done, but who they are.
Profiling and Recommendation
Finally all of this information is collated and combined. The experienced team at Brannon Recruitment then makes a recommendation to our clients about a specific person’s suitability for the position in our professional opinion. At this point all candidates will have sufficient knowledge, skills, experience, acceptable performance levels, and be in line with industry attitudinal benchmarks.
